Brian Standage, is an Investment Adviser Representative and a Registered Financial Consultant with over 30 years in the financial industry. After receiving his undergraduate degree in finance from Missouri State University and a master’s degree from Drury University, he began his career while working in the banking industry for nearly two decades. He joined Holmes & Griffeth in 2006 and is now a partner. Brian uses a personal approach to developing financial plans for clients; carefully considering all aspects of their lives and families when making recommendations. Brian and his wife, Tamra, are very active in their church community. They enjoy spending time with kids and grandkids. Away from the office, Brian enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and grilling with family and friends.

Deanna Holmes, is an Investment Adviser Representative with over 25 years’ experience in the financial industry. Deanna received her BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio and went on to work in banking and public accounting prior to moving into financial planning and investments. She came on board with Holmes & Griffeth in 2002 and is a partner in the firm. Deanna pairs her experience with financial planning and investment management with the desire to help clients achieve their financial goals. She and her husband, Jeff, enjoy spending time with their son, daughter and her husband who live in the Springfield area. They are very active in their church, which does a lot of mission work for the community of Willard and their schools.

Jim Holmes, is a Chartered Financial Consultant, and Investment Adviser Representative, and the co-founder of Holmes & Griffeth, Inc. He has spent the majority of his career in the financial services industry. He started Holmes & Griffeth with a desire to bring comprehensive financial, estate, and taxation planning to his clients through a personal approach. He’s had the opportunity to do legacy planning with multiple generations for many of his clients. He and his wife, Darlene, who was also actively involved in Holmes & Griffeth for many years, now enjoy traveling in their RV. They also enjoy spending time with both their daughters and their families. Jim can often be found cruising the back roads on his motorcycle.
